Dibiasibus acquires Bavarian Larcher Touristik GmbH and enters the German market

SLT – Strategy Legal Tax advised Dibiasibus, while Studio Migliucci assisted Dibiasibus on legal matters; Larcher Touristik GmbH was assisted by Bavarian advisers Thomas Ecker (finance and tax) and Oliver Muehlberger (legal). The transaction: South Tyrol-based Dibiasibus, a well-established operator in Northern Italy in passenger transport — both tourist services and contracted public transport — has completed the acquisition of German company Larcher Touristik GmbH. With the acquisition, Dibiasibus, whose group generates approximately €25 million in annual turnover and maintains operational bases in Almenno San Salvatore (BG), Lainate (MI) and in Alto Adige, will extend its operational footprint beyond Italy. The integration is expected to deliver significant operational and managerial synergies: optimisation of logistics and operational processes, sharing and harmonisation of management and technological systems, an enlargement and diversification of the service offering, and further improvements to transport quality and sustainability standards. Larcher Touristik GmbH, headquartered in the Munich region and reporting turnover of €10 million, is a leading local operator primarily active in public-transport tenders. The company has distinguished itself for operational quality, service reliability and strong territorial roots, becoming a reference point for public administrations and users in its area. This acquisition represents an important milestone for Dibiasibus, reinforcing its strategy of sustainable growth and international expansion and strengthening its position as a reference operator in the European passenger transport market, with closer links between Alto Adige, Lombardy and Bavaria.
