Gitti and Partners and CRCLex Assist in Lenovys' Acquisition of Strategy Innovation

Gitti and Partners advised Lenovys (Gruppo Tinexta) in the transaction, while CRCLex advised the selling shareholders of Strategy Innovation. The transaction involved Lenovys’ purchase of 100% of Strategy Innovation, a spin‑off of Ca' Foscari University of Venice that provides strategic consulting services to B2B and B2C companies. The acquisition consolidates the Tinexta Group’s role as a strategic partner for the growth of small and medium enterprises. Gitti and Partners represented Lenovys (Tinexta Group) with a team composed by: partner Jessica Fiorani, senior associate Valeria Pistoni, associate Francesca Annibale and junior associate Andrea Campana for corporate matters; and partner Elisa Mapelli together with junior associate Francesco Cannavina for employment law matters. CRCLex represented the selling shareholders of Strategy Innovation with a team composed by: managing partner Carlo Rossi Chauvenet and senior associate Giuseppe Longo.
