Simmons & Simmons and Good Impact SB assisted Sephora Italy in the full process to obtain the Italian Gender Equality Certification. The engagement covered all phases required by Italian regulation for the Certification for Gender Equality. Simmons & Simmons provided strategic and operational guidance throughout the procedure, leveraging the firm’s pioneering experience: the firm was among the first international law firms to obtain the Certification for Gender Equality in 2024, enabling it to offer clients consolidated, specialised know-how in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion policies.
