Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati advised Parlym and its Italian subsidiary Proeco S.r.l., and MV Legal Tax Advisory advised the selling shareholders, in the acquisition of 100% of Tea Sistemi S.p.A. The Parlym group, a French leader in the design, construction and management of large infrastructure in the nuclear, oil & gas and renewable energy sectors with a strong presence across Africa, acquired through its Italian subsidiary Proeco S.r.l. the entire share capital of Tea Sistemi S.p.A. Tea Sistemi is an Italian provider of Health, Safety & Environment and Risk Services, specialising in high-technology projects in the petrochemical and energy industries. Regulatory aspects of the deal included notification under the Golden Power rules governing special powers exercisable by the government in strategic sectors.
