Norton Rose Fulbright represented Extendam, while Sullivan & Cromwell and Gide represented Experimental*, in connection with the establishment of a strategic joint venture to launch the FPCI Experimental Hotels Collection. The transaction consists of a joint venture created to develop and manage the FPCI Experimental Hotels Collection, a vehicle intended to assemble a portfolio of luxury hotels operated by Experimental* across France and several other European countries. Extendam will manage the fund and the collection on behalf of the joint venture. The joint venture has completed its first acquisition, the 5-star Infante Sagres hotel in Porto.
