Roschier represented G City Ltd. in the mandatory public tender offer for all shares and stock options in Citycon Oyj. The tender offer proposes a cash consideration of EUR 4.00 for each Citycon share. On this basis, the offer values Citycon’s equity at approximately EUR 734 million. The tender offer is currently expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2026. Roschier represented G City Ltd. with a team composed by: Petri Avikainen, Marcus Lehtinen, Maiju Airisniemi, Helena Dunder, Eetu Ihamäki, Aino Ylikahri, Emma Johansson, Sari Rasinkangas and Simon Tell.
