Castrén & Snellman represented eQ Community Properties Fund in the sale of seven social infrastructure properties to Kinland AS. The transaction concerns a portfolio valued at approximately EUR 29 million and comprises three preschool facilities and four child protection units located in different parts of Finland. The properties are modern and energy-efficient and are long-term leased to leading operators in the sector. The portfolio’s Weighted Average Unexpired Lease Term (WAULT) is approximately 11 years.
