BIP Law and Tax Advises Limes Renewable Energy on Approximately 25 MW Agrivoltaic Project in Lombardy

BIP Law and Tax represented Limes Renewable Energy in the completion of an acquisition. Limes Renewable Energy increased its solar pipeline by acquiring an agrivoltaic project in Lombardy with an installed capacity of approximately 25 MW. BIP Law and Tax assisted in the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents and supported the perfection of the operation. Cristiano Spillati, Chief Executive Officer of Limes Renewable Energy, said he was very satisfied with the transaction, noting that it fits within the company’s development programme in the context of the energy transition. BIP Law and Tax represented Limes Renewable Energy with a team composed by: Marco Muscettola (Equity Partner, team coordinator), Marco Pellegrini (Manager) and Matteo Vagnoli (Senior), who managed the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents and the completion of the operation.
