Kirkland & Ellis Advises ProAmpac on Acquisition of TC Transcontinental Packaging from TC Transcontinental

Kirkland & Ellis advised ProAmpac on its definitive agreement to acquire TC Transcontinental Packaging from TC Transcontinental. The transaction provides for an acquisition price of US$1.51 billion (approximately CAD$2.1 billion), subject to customary adjustments for debt and debt-like items, cash and net working capital. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of calendar 2026, subject to shareholder approval, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.
