The transaction consisted of the successful fundraising and close of Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 4 at its hard cap of €3 billion. Arcus’ fourth value‑add fund reached its hard cap within seven months, marking one of the quickest European infrastructure fundraisings this year and reflecting renewed investor appetite for mid‑market infrastructure assets. The Fund is backed by several leading institutional investors across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East and will target mid‑market European businesses.
