The transaction involves KKR launching a tender offer to acquire Forum Engineering Inc., a leading provider of engineering staffing services in Japan. Forum Engineering specializes in connecting manufacturing companies with skilled electromechanical engineers. The acquisition will be KKR’s Global Impact Strategy’s first investment in Japan.
