Fastly $160 Million 0% Convertible Senior Notes Offering Due 2030

The transaction consisted of a Rule 144A offering by Fastly, Inc. of $160 million aggregate principal amount of 0% convertible senior notes due 2030. Davis Polk also advised the counterparties to the capped call transactions entered into in connection with the offering.
