Cohen & Gresser Advises Leapfrog Acquisition Corporation on $143,750,000 Initial Public Offering

"Cohen & Gresser represented Leapfrog Acquisition Corporation in the closing of its $143,750,000 initial public offering, which included full exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment. BTIG acted as sole book-runner (with Winston & Strawn counsel). Appleby served as Cayman counsel and Withum as auditor. The transaction closed successfully with Leapfrog Acquisition Corporation completing an initial public offering raising $143,750,000, which included the exercise in full of the underwriters’ overallotment option. BTIG acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Leapfrog Acquisition Corporation is a special purpose acquisition company led by Matthew R. Pollard, Abhay N. Pande, and Kevin M. Murphy. The company was formed to effect a merger or other business combination with one or more businesses and will prioritize targets in the international energy supply chain and critical minerals sectors, including related infrastructure.
