The Chandler facility, located in one of the fastest-growing data center markets in the United States, is intended to provide scalable solutions for hyperscale and enterprise customers. Lincoln plans to deliver the site as a fully operational data center, offering robust connectivity and power infrastructure to meet rising demand for cloud and AI workloads. Bracewell’s real estate team advised Lincoln on multiple aspects of the transaction, including site acquisition, ground lease structuring and equity financing. The firm also negotiated the development, leasing, construction and asset management agreements required for the development and operation of the site.
