Marriott Harrison represented AI compliance platform Adclear in its £2.1m Seed funding round, which was led by Outward VC. The transaction comprised a Seed investment of £2.1m to support Adclear’s growth following its 2024 launch. Adclear’s platform uses artificial intelligence to automate the compliance checks that financial firms must perform on marketing content and product updates, and provides an in-depth audit trail to support regulatory review. The company is already used by leading UK finance brands and has established a strong position in the financial promotions (FinProm) market. Adclear’s solution has demonstrably reduced manual review times by an average of 88%, improving output and lowering the risk of compliance breaches. Proceeds from the Seed round will be used to expand the company’s compliance and technology teams, further develop its services and grow its market presence outside the UK.
