Chammas & Marcheteau advises Oui Care on opening of its share capital

Chammas & Marcheteau advised Oui Care in the opening of its capital to Banque des Territoires and BNP Paribas Développement, alongside historical investor Raise Impact. The transaction took the form of a minority leveraged buyout (LBO) by which Banque des Territoires and BNP Paribas Développement acquired stakes alongside Raise Impact, the group's long-standing investor. The operation is intended to provide Oui Care with additional resources to amplify its social impact, accelerate development and scale autonomy solutions for families. Founded in 2017, Oui Care is a leading provider of personal services in France and a major player in Europe. The group employs some 23,000 people and comprises brands such as O2, Apef, France Présence and Les Bienveillants. By partnering with investors committed to major societal issues, Oui Care reaffirmed its ambition to support an ageing population, strengthen access to essential services and foster local entrepreneurship.
