Foley Hoag represented Connectbase in connection with a strategic growth investment by Equality Asset Management (EAM) and in the acquisition of Cloud Age. EAM’s strategic investment in Connectbase will enable the company to accelerate product innovation and support its expansion plans. The investment provides capital to advance Connectbase’s platform and service development. Connectbase’s acquisition of Cloud Age, an industry-leading telecom invoice automation provider, will broaden Connectbase’s service offerings and strengthen its position in the communications infrastructure market. EAM’s investment supported the Cloud Age acquisition.
