Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises Oakley Capital on acquisition of majority stake in Paraty Tech

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised Oakley Capital, through its vehicle Oakley Capital Fund VI, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Paraty Tech. The transaction represents Oakley Capital Fund VI's entry into Paraty Tech's share capital as a majority shareholder. Paraty Tech is a company specialising in hotel booking software with a presence in the Iberian Peninsula, Latin America and the United States. Under the terms of the agreement, the founders of Paraty Tech will continue to lead the project.
