El Wakeel Law Firm advised Al Ashraaf Development in an agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts concerning the management of a Holiday Inn hotel. The transaction covers the appointment of IHG Hotels & Resorts to manage the first Holiday Inn property in Obour City, an Egyptian location in the Qalyubia Governorate. The hotel forms part of a wider 65-feddan integrated development project. El Wakeel Law Firm represented Al Ashraaf Development in the agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts with a team composed by: Omar Abdeen (led the El Wakeel team on the matter), Hussien Moharram (support), and Tamer El Wakeel (managing partner, supervised the matter).
