BIP Law and Tax Advises Limes Renewable Energy on 25 MW Agrivoltaic Project in Lombardy

BIP Law and Tax advised Limes Renewable Energy in connection with the acquisition of an agrivoltaic project. Limes Renewable Energy acquired an agrivoltaic project in Lombardy with an installed capacity of approximately 25 MW. The transaction involved the acquisition and completion of the project and its related documentation. BIP Law and Tax represented Limes Renewable Energy with a team composed by: equity partner Marco Muscettola, manager Marco Pellegrini and senior Matteo Vagnoli, who handled the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents and supported the completion of the operation.
