Perris, Gatti Pavesi, Orrick and Zulli Tabanelli advise on transfer of Grand Hotel Trento management to HNH Hospitality

Perris e Associati, Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, Orrick and Zulli Tabanelli e Associati acted as advisers in the transfer of the management of the Grand Hotel Trento: Perris e Associati and Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici advised Ght, the company controlled by the Frizzera Stefenelli family, while Orrick and Zulli Tabanelli e Associati advised HNH Hospitality. HNH Hospitality, one of the leading independent Italian hotel operators in the management of 4- and 5-star hotels and resorts, reached an agreement with the Frizzera Stefenelli family to take over the hotel management of the Grand Hotel Trento (Ght). The ownership of the building remains entirely with Ght, the company owned by the Frizzera Stefenelli family. The agreement is structured as a shared development project and a strategic industrial decision aimed at enhancing the Grand Hotel Trento and strengthening the city's tourism offering, with anticipated positive effects for the wider Trento tourism system. Perris e Associati represented Ght with a team composed by: Mile Perris (founding partner), Linda Stefenelli (partner), Dario Maggiore (senior advisor) and Riccardo Filipponi (associate). Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici represented Ght with a team composed by: Vittorio Cavajoni (junior partner, corporate), Luca Orio (associate, corporate) and Guido Sagliaschi (equity partner, real estate). Orrick represented HNH Hospitality with a team composed by: Guido Testa (partner), Emanuela Longo (special counsel), Roberta Dimaggio (managing associate) handling corporate matters, and Francesco Macrì (special counsel) with Diletta Pietrosemoli (associate) handling real estate matters. Zulli Tabanelli e Associati represented HNH Hospitality on tax matters with a team composed by: Alessandro Contessa (dottore) and Luigi Mazzuoccolo (dottore), in coordination with HNH's CFO Matteo Panozzo. HNH Hospitality's in-house legal followed the operation and was led by legal manager Giuseppe Gagliardi.
