Unigrains, BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments and co-investors acquire L'Albero del Pane and Tedesco

Gitti and Partners represented Unigrains Italia, PedersoliGattai represented BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments and ADVANT Nctm advised the selling family in the acquisition of L'Albero del Pane and Tedesco; Banco BPM acted as lender and was assisted by its in-house legal team. The transaction involved the acquisition by Unigrains, together with co-investors BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments, Hydra and Alexa Invest, of L'Albero del Pane and Tedesco, an Italian group active in the production and distribution of sweet and savoury baked goods, including biscuits, croissants, fresh pastry, celebration leavened products and bread substitutes. The target was owned by the Tedesco family, who concurrently reinvested in the group's holding. The acquisition was supported by bank financing provided by Banco BPM.
