ADVANT Nctm and ACP advise Clessidra Capital Partners Green Harvest on majority acquisition of Laurieri

ADVANT Nctm and ACP advised Clessidra Private Equity SGR and its new fund Clessidra Capital Partners Green Harvest in the acquisition of a majority stake in Laurieri. Studio Alonzo Committeri & Partners provided tax assistance to the fund. Studio Legale Paolicelli and SVS Lex advised the Laurieri family, and Studio Petrigliano assisted the sellers on tax matters. The transaction comprised the first investment by Clessidra Capital Partners Green Harvest, a fund launched in July 2025 dedicated to Italian agrifood SMEs. The fund acquired 70% of the share capital of Laurieri, a leading Italian producer of sweet and savory baked goods; the remaining 30% was retained by the Laurieri family, which reinvested alongside Clessidra to support the company's next phase of growth. Laurieri, founded in Matera in 1976, is recognised for its artisanal recipes, simple ingredients and commitment to transparency. The company has expanded within international grocery retail and the travel channel, offering a broad range of sweet and savoury snacks with Halal, Kosher, vegan and intolerance-friendly certifications. In 2024 Laurieri opened a second production facility dedicated to gluten-free products.
