Hotel101 Enters Italian Hotel Market with Gianni & Origoni on San Donato Milanese Acquisition

Gianni & Origoni advised Hotel101, while DGRS Studio Legale and Studio RDS Legal – Delli Santi Risaliti advised the selling club deal linked to the Casale and Salute families. Hotel101 has signed binding agreements to acquire 100% of the shares of the company that owns a development area in San Donato Milanese from a club deal attributable to the Roman construction and real estate entrepreneur families Casale and Salute. Completion of the acquisition is conditional upon the issuance of the building permits required for the construction of an Hotel101-branded hotel, to be marketed according to an innovative format as part of the group's entry into and consolidation within the Italian hotel market. The planned hotel is targeted to include over 400 rooms, a swimming pool, fitness and business centres, childcare facilities and high-efficiency energy systems. Subject to the necessary authorisations, the inauguration is estimated to take place by 2028. Under the terms of the agreements, the sellers will complete the urban planning procedures necessary to enable the realisation of the project.
