Dentons advised OX2 on the acquisition from Future Power of three wind power projects in Romania. The transaction concerns three wind projects with a combined capacity of 235 MW located in Vaslui and Vrancea counties. The projects are expected to be commissioned between 2028 and 2030, subject to permitting, and will increase OX2’s portfolio in Romania to more than 1.1 GW. Dentons provided legal support throughout all stages of the projects, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and the drafting and negotiation of the transfer documentation up to signing.
