LKS Advises SAI Parenterals on Cross‑Border Acquisition of Noumed Pharmaceuticals

Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys advised and acted for Sai Parenterals Limited and its Singapore subsidiary, Sai Parenterals Pte Limited, in connection with the transaction. The transaction involved Sai Parenterals acquiring a 74.6% equity stake in Noumed Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd, an Australian company. The acquisition was effected through a combination of a secondary purchase of shares from Noumed Life Sciences Limited (United Kingdom) and a primary subscription by way of a convertible loan.
