GÖRG and Shoosmiths Advise AUCTUS-Affiliated Oxalis Logistics and Tank & Silo on Cross-Jurisdictional Refinancing

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB and Shoosmiths advised a group of companies affiliated with AUCTUS Capital Partners AG, including the Oxalis Logistics Group and the Tank & Silo group, on the refinancing of their existing asset-backed financing. The transaction comprised a complex refinancing and expansion of the groups' asset-backed facilities. It covers the jurisdictions of Germany and England and includes both factoring and asset financing components. The matter required coordination across locations and legal systems to restructure and extend the existing financing arrangements. AUCTUS Capital Partners AG is a leading independent investor in small and medium-sized enterprises, with more than 400 investments over the past 20 years. In 2024 Auctus acquired the Oxalis Logistics Group from the Hoyer Group; Oxalis now operates as a specialist logistics provider across Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Czech Republic. Tank & Silo is a regional specialist logistics group focused on the transport of mineral oil fuels, AdBlue and other liquid, gas, dust and powder products.
