The transaction comprised the successful issuance of SEK 450 million senior secured bonds issued by Clar Global AB and underwritten by DNB Carnegie as sole bookrunner. The proceeds relate to Clar Global’s acquisition of Lendo Group from Vend Marketplaces ASA. The bond issue was fully underwritten by DNB Carnegie.
