Kirkland & Ellis advised Oakley Capital and General Atlantic on their investment in Brevo. The transaction sees Oakley Capital and General Atlantic join the shareholder base of Brevo, a European leader in customer engagement software. Bpifrance and Bridgepoint remain minority investors.
