Dechert Advises Motley Fool Wealth Management on Strategic Agreement with Apollon Wealth Management

"Dechert advised Motley Fool Wealth Management (Fool Wealth) on an agreement to join Apollon Wealth Management, LLC. Fool Wealth, an RIA managing over US$1.5 billion, will expand client access to broader financial planning and open-architecture investment platforms. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Q1 2026; Motley Fool Asset Management is unaffected."

Dechert represented Motley Fool Wealth Management (Fool Wealth) in connection with its agreement to join Apollon Wealth Management, LLC (Apollon). The transaction will see Fool Wealth join Apollon's growing national organization, providing Fool Wealth’s clients access to a broader range of financial planning solutions and investment vehicles through open-architecture platforms. Through the partnership, clients will gain enhanced planning services, including advanced estate and tax strategies, comprehensive risk management, retirement and philanthropic planning, and business advisory solutions. The agreement will also strengthen Apollon’s advisor base as the firm expands its presence in the nation’s largest financial market. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026. Motley Fool Asset Management, a separate subsidiary and ETF issuer, is independent from this transaction and will not be impacted. Motley Fool Wealth Management, established in 2014 to help individuals and families outsource the work of professional investing, manages over US$1.5 billion in client assets. Its sister company, The Motley Fool, LLC, has provided investment advice and stock recommendations for more than 30 years.
