The transaction comprised an SEC-registered debt offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior notes due 2036, issued by Ventas Realty, Limited Partnership, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ventas, Inc. The notes are guaranteed by Ventas, Inc. on a senior unsecured basis. Ventas is a leading S&P 500 real estate investment trust that provides environments serving a large and growing aging population. With approximately 1,400 properties across North America and the United Kingdom, Ventas plays a significant role in the longevity economy.
