The transaction concerns an investment into Heywood by Keylane, a leading European provider of pension and insurance technology. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Heywood is a provider of pension administration, data and member engagement technology, supporting public and private sector schemes in the UK and internationally. With 50 years of expertise and a client base of more than 180 organisations serving over 8 million members, Heywood supplies modern, scalable solutions that help pension organisations operate efficiently, meet regulatory demands and deliver strong member experiences. This acquisition is Keylane's first since it partnered with Pollen Street in 2024.
