Osborne Clarke advises Inovara Group on acquisition of IBL Lighting Ltd

Osborne Clarke advised Inovara Group (an Ambienta portfolio company) on its acquisition of IBL Lighting Ltd, with support from Osborne Clarke China; the transaction was carried out in collaboration with KPMG and PwC. The transaction: IBL Lighting Ltd is an international architectural lighting company and an innovator in LED engine design. Its high-performance products have been specified for flagship projects worldwide, including The Peninsula London, Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and the National Museum of Qatar. The acquisition represents a strategic expansion for Inovara, uniting its portfolio of design-led European brands with IBL’s technological expertise and international sales channels. The deal spanned multiple jurisdictions globally and was led out of Osborne Clarke’s UK offices, with support from Osborne Clarke China and collaborative input from KPMG and PwC.
