Michelmores Advises Partners& on Strategic Lloyd’s Market Entry and Acquisitions of 3 Dimensional Insurance and Avenue Insurance Partners

Law firm Michelmores advised Partners& on its latest strategic expansion, assisting Partners& in acquiring 3 Dimensional Insurance Ltd and Avenue Insurance Partners, including Avenue’s debt recovery business Ko-bolt International. The transaction comprised a double acquisition. The purchase of 3 Dimensional Insurance Ltd provides Partners& with direct access to the Lloyd’s market. Separately, Partners& acquired Avenue Insurance Partners, including its Ko-bolt International debt recovery business, further broadening its service offering. This double acquisition continues Partners&’s sustained growth programme. Over the past 18 months Michelmores has advised Partners& on approximately 16 acquisitions as the group expands its sector expertise and geographic footprint. Notable recent transactions include a July 2024 quadruple acquisition of Switch Health, SEP Insurance, Halo Consulting and Nahla Limited, and further acquisitions in early 2025 of Glasgow-based Blackford Group and Tunbridge Wells-based Directors & Professionals, followed by the purchase of Nottingham-based commercial broker Pargeter & Associates.
