SSK&W advised CofounderZone and a group of existing Auxilius Pharma shareholders, and Kondracki Celej advised FF Venture Capital and NanoGroup in connection with a USD 4 million investment round into Auxilius Pharma. The transaction involved a USD 4 million financing into Auxilius Pharma by investors NanoGroup, FF Venture Capital and NCBR IF. The funding will support Auxilius Pharma’s development of value‑added medicines, which are reformulations of known active pharmaceutical substances into new dosage forms intended to improve efficacy, patient convenience and pharmacokinetic profiles. According to SSK&W, Auxilius Pharma’s lead project, AUX-001, targets the treatment of chronic stable angina through a novel release technology. The company plans initial market entry in the United States under the FDA 505(b)(2) regulatory pathway. CofounderZone is a platform that connects entrepreneurs with start-ups.
