CK Legal Advises Vehis Finanse on PLN 100 Million Series I Bond Issuance

"CK Legal Chabasiewicz Kowalska advised Vehis Finanse, backed by Enterprise Investors, on the public issuance of Series I bonds which closed at PLN 100 million. The offering was executed under the company’s base prospectus for its I Public Bond Issuance Program (up to PLN 400 million); the tranche was increased from PLN 50m due to strong demand and closed with a 12.41% proportional subscription reduction."

CK Legal Chabasiewicz Kowalska advised Vehis Finanse, the Enterprise Investors-backed car-leasing and automotive services platform offering vehicle purchase, financing, insurance and service packages. The firm advised on the public issuance of Vehis Finanse’s Series I bonds, carried out under the company’s base prospectus for its I Public Bond Issuance Program, which permits bond issuances of up to PLN 400 million. The Series I tranche was originally planned at PLN 50 million but was increased twice in response to strong investor demand, ultimately closing at a final nominal value of PLN 100 million. The offering concluded with a proportional subscription reduction of 12.41%.
