Pinheiro Neto and SNA Advise on Celm Aquicultura CRA Issuance

The operation comprised the 158th issue by Opea Securitizadora, backed by credit rights owed by Celm Aquicultura, executed under CVM Instruction 160 for a total of BRL 57 million, with distribution by Itaú BBA and Bradesco BBI."

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Celm Aquicultura, while SNA (Santos Neto Advogados) advised the distributing banks Itaú BBA and Bradesco BBI in the transaction. The transaction comprised a public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRAs), corresponding to the 158th issue by Opea Securitizadora. The securities are backed by agribusiness credit rights owing to Celm Aquicultura and were offered in accordance with CVM Instruction 160, in a total amount of BRL 57 million. The distribution of the CRAs was carried out by Itaú BBA and Bradesco BBI.
