Giliberti Triscornia, Russo De Rosa and Hogan Lovells advise on €175 million financing for Valsa Group

Giliberti Triscornia and Associates, Russo De Rosa Associati and Hogan Lovells participated in the transaction, advising the parties involved: Giliberti Triscornia advised Valsa Group on the legal aspects; Russo De Rosa Associati advised Valsa Group through its subsidiary Valpizza on tax and financing structure; Hogan Lovells acted for Pemberton Asset Management on legal and tax matters connected to the issuance. Valsa Group, an international producer of pizza, pinsa, focaccia and premium savoury snacks and supported by Aksìa SGR, has entered into a €175 million financing agreement with Pemberton Asset Management. The transaction is structured through the issuance of bonds fully subscribed by funds managed by Pemberton and provides the group with additional resources to support future expansion through productive investments and potential acquisitions, and to complete the refinancing of existing indebtedness.
