BonelliErede deal counsel in financing of PLT energia group's 8.2 MW photovoltaic plant

BonelliErede acted as deal counsel in the financing transaction, assisting Herbamont S.r.l., a company of the PLT energia group. The financing was structured and provided by BPER Banca, which acted as Financing Bank, Agent and Depositary. The transaction consisted of a project financing to support the operation of a photovoltaic plant with an overall capacity of 8.2 MW located in the municipality of Mordano in the province of Bologna. The facility is intended both for the plant's operation and to provide support for the general cash needs of the borrower. BPER Banca structured the financing and granted the related loan in favour of Herbamont S.r.l.; the operation also included the repayment of the borrower's existing financial indebtedness.
