Masotti Cassella, in collaboration with Lexwork International, assisted NomosFIT in contractual advisory matters for foreign clients operating in Italy. The engagement consisted of harmonising the consultancy agreements used by professionals under common law regimes with applicable Italian labour and corporate legislation. Masotti Cassella provided legal analysis and adaptation of contractual clauses to ensure compliance with Italian employment and corporate rules. The firm also supported the parties in negotiations and defined contractual guarantees aimed at protecting both the business interests and the positions of the professionals involved, with particular attention to safeguarding the respective codes of ethics and codes of conduct of the parties. The operation expands Masotti Cassella’s contractual advisory practice for foreign clients operating in Italy and was conducted in the context of its collaboration with Lexwork International.
