Latham & Watkins, Milbank and PedersoliGattai advise on €540 million high-yield issuance by Duomo Bidco, holding company of KIKO Milano

Duomo Bidco has completed a new senior secured floating-rate high-yield bond issuance of €540 million maturing in 2032. Duomo Bidco is the holding company of KIKO Milano, an Italian beauty brand with an international presence, and is a portfolio company of L Catterton, a global private equity fund focused on the consumer sector.
