DWF assisted SIME Partecipazioni in the signing of the contract to acquire Società Impianti Metano. The transaction comprised the subscription of the agreement for the purchase of Società Impianti Metano. SIME Partecipazioni is an operating holding at the head of a privately capitalised corporate group active in the production of electricity from renewable sources, gas distribution, the sale of natural gas and electricity to end customers, the construction and management of plants for the production of energy carriers through cogeneration, and the provision of district heating services.
