Clifford Chance Advises Allegro on PLN 6 Billion Long-Term TLB and RCF Financing

Clifford Chance represented Allegro, the largest marketplace founded in Europe and Poland's most popular e‑commerce platform, in connection with a PLN 6 billion financing transaction. The transaction comprised a PLN 6 billion long‑term term‑loan B (TLB) and a revolving credit facility (RCF) provided by a syndicate of 18 financing institutions. The group of lenders included: Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., Bank Millennium S.A., Bank of China (Europe) S.A. Spółka Akcyjna Oddział w Polsce, Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., CaixaBank, S.A. (Spółka Akcyjna) Oddział w Polsce, Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A., HSBC Continental Europe, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Europe) S.A. (Spółka Akcyjna) Oddział w Polsce, ING Bank Śląski S.A., mBank S.A., Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A., Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A., Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A., Raiffeisenbank a.s., Santander Bank Polska S.A., and UniCredit SpA.
