Clifford Chance advises Tristan Capital Partners on acquisition of Berlin data centre site from Aventos

"Clifford Chance advised Tristan Capital Partners on the acquisition from Aventos of a 28,400 sq. m. plot at Nonnendammallee 61 in Berlin’s Siemensstadt for a data centre development. The site will host three data centre buildings, a substation and a reception building; Aventos secured a 63 MVA connected load before the sale. The project was acquired via Tristan’s managed fund EPISO 6."

Clifford Chance advised Tristan Capital Partners on the acquisition of a Berlin site from Aventos. The transaction concerns a 28,400 square metres plot located at Nonnendammallee 61 in the Siemensstadt district of Berlin. Tristan Capital Partners is acquiring the project from Aventos through its managed fund EPISO 6. The site is intended to host three data centre buildings together with a substation and a reception building. Aventos obtained a connected load of 63 MVA for the property ahead of the sale.
