TT&A advised PeakXV, Veritas Legal acted for and advised Creador Group, and AZB & Partners advised Siguler Guff in connection with the sale of PeakXV’s shareholding in La Renon Healthcare Private Limited. PeakXV sold its shareholding in La Renon Healthcare Private Limited to a consortium comprising Creador Group, White Oak Group and Siguler Guff. As part of the transaction, Creador Group invested ₹800 crore in La Renon. La Renon Healthcare is recognised among India’s top 50 pharmaceutical companies, with a focus on therapeutic areas including nephrology, critical care, neurology and cardiac metabolism. Veritas Legal’s competition team secured an unconditional approval from the Competition Commission of India for the transaction.
