Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised funds advised by Maxburg Capital Management GmbH (acting through Maxburg Beteiligungen IV GmbH & Co. KG) on the financing of the acquisition of AAC Praxisberatung AG. Maxburg Beteiligungen IV GmbH & Co. KG has entered into a partnership with AAC Praxisberatung AG, a Munich-based, software-driven service provider specialising in management and auditing of physician billing within the German statutory health insurance system. For more than 20 years AAC has supported physicians in private practice and medical care centers (MVZ) with billing controlling, plausibility and profitability analyses. The company's digital AAC Practice Navigator® assists practices in increasing fees and minimising risks, and since its foundation more than 13,000 practices and numerous MVZs have been advised.
