The law firm Vinge advised Valcon in connection with its acquisition of Bricobomba AB. Bricobomba AB is a Swedish company with expertise in data and artificial intelligence. The acquisition will strengthen Valcon’s capacity in the Nordic region and further expand the company’s ability to deliver comprehensive data- and AI-based services to its customers on a pan-European scale. Vinge represented Valcon with a team composed by: Matthias Pannier, Manon de Cooman and Chris Bastholm (M&A); Sam Seddigh and William Karo Persson (Employment); Hanna Kövamees (Real Estate); Mario Saad and Malin Dejke (Commercial Agreements); Elis Allmark (IT); and Ian Jonson (IP).
