Vinge represents IKEA Forestry Investment AB in acquisition of forestland in Latvia and Lithuania

Vinge represented IKEA Forestry Investment AB in connection with the acquisition of companies holding forestland in Latvia and Lithuania. Vinge assisted IKEA Forestry Investment AB, a company within the Inter IKEA Group, in the purchase of a Latvian and a Lithuanian company from Dasos Timberland Fund II, a fund managed by CapMan Natural Capital. The acquired companies together own approximately 24,000 hectares of land in Latvia and Lithuania. Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
