MAQS advises PrimoTech on acquisition of RLM Mekaniska

MAQS represented PrimoTech Group AB (part of Profura Industri) in its acquisition of RLM Mekaniska AB. As of 1 December 2025, PrimoTech Group AB acquired 90 per cent of the shares in RLM Mekaniska AB. The transaction secures PrimoTech a controlling interest in RLM and expands the group's manufacturing capabilities. RLM Mekaniska specialises in the manufacture of fixtures, tools and special machines in small series or as individual products. The company operates to high quality standards and principally supplies customers in Swedish industry. With strong technical expertise and a broad, modern machine fleet, RLM addresses demanding customer requirements for quality, precision and short lead times. PrimoTech reports a turnover of approximately SEK 1 billion and an EBITA of SEK 150 million. The group focuses on well-managed, entrepreneur-driven technology trading companies in the Nordics and pursues growth through organic development, innovation and corporate acquisitions to build a long-term, expansive corporate group.
