BCTG Avocats and Aesus Advisory advised CetteFamille, while KPMG advised Crédit Agricole Santé & Territoires in the transaction. The transaction concerns the acquisition by Crédit Agricole Santé & Territoires (CAST), a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole dedicated to access to care and ageing support, of a majority stake in the capital of CetteFamille. The operation formalises CAST’s entry as majority shareholder and is intended to support the roll‑out of strengthened, non‑medical accommodation solutions for seniors across the national territory by 2028. Founded in 2017 by Paul‑Alexis Racine Jourdren, CetteFamille has established itself as a pioneer in shared and inclusive housing for older people, operating small, community‑based inclusive homes located in the heart of local territories. CAST’s takeover, building on its existing engagement in this sector, marks a step towards constructing a comprehensive offering around the two pillars of successful ageing: non‑medical accommodation and support for remaining at home.
